Currently, I am pursuing a PhD degree in Economics at the University of Washington. Prior to embarking on my academic journey as an economic researcher, I devoted over five years to studying public affairs. I earned a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from the Maxwell School of Syracuse University, and I also have experience working or interning in public sectors or non-profit organizations in China and the United States.
When not engaged in academic pursuits, I am an avid sports fan. During my teenage years, I received training in both China and Italy and attended Inter Campus, a renowned global soccer academy hosted by a leading Italian soccer club. In college, I served as assistant coach for the college soccer team. During my leisure time, I enjoy reading, running, hiking, and traveling by rail.
In addition to my passion for sports, I am also a financial market investor with a focus on the US equity market. I am particularly interested in option trading and investing in technology companies with a view to future innovation.
